Our Hospitality & Housekeeping Inspectors personally inspect and prepares the home, crafting a warm welcome for every guest and ensuring top-notch quality, cleanliness, and excellence throughout.

Things to Note:

• Location & Altitude: Situated at 11,000 ft. and just 90 miles from Denver, guests should hydrate and acclimate gradually to avoid altitude discomfort. Prepare for a high alpine environment with significant snowfall in winter.
• Summer Comfort: Like most Colorado mountain homes, there is no central air conditioning. Nights are cool (45-55°F), and homes stay comfortable by opening windows, using ceiling fans, and standalone fans provided in each bedroom to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
• Guests must be 28+ years old to book.
• Bookings are accepted up to 12 months in advance; inquire for later dates to plan your future travels.
• 4x4 or AWD vehicles required from October through May.
• Pet Policy: Pet-friendly with a $100 pet fee.
• Check-In Restrictions: No check-ins/outs on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.
• Peaceful Getaway: Strict no-party and no excessive outdoor noise policy. Ideal for families and friends seeking a tranquil mountain retreat.
