THE SPACE

Unwind in this new, spacious condominium in River West, downtown Silverthorne. Just steps from the creek, this unit offers rare river access and trails leading all the way to Breckenridge.

The living area showcases a gas fireplace, 42-inch smart TV, and designer furnishings. The fully-equipped kitchen features sleek quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, providing everything you need to prepare meals at home. Step onto the ground-level patio, enjoy the soothing river sounds just steps away, with direct access from the gated patio.

Primary Bedroom 

• Sink into a luxurious King Size pillow-top bed with the softest sheets you've ever experienced! The duvet and pillows will engulf you as if you were sleeping on a cloud. Another 42-inch smart TV and floor-to-ceiling windows offer unobstructed views of the Blue River.

Extra Sleeping 

• The custom and super-comfy sofa converts into a dreamy queen bed, complete with luxury bedding. We do provide a pack and play to help lighten your travel load, however we do not provide sheet/bedding for this.

Things to note

• Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning. The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)
• Must be 28 years or older to book.
• Bookings accepted 12 months in advance; inquire for later dates.
• 4x4 or AWD recommended from October through May.

• Your peace of mind is our utmost priority. The property undergoes rigorous cleaning and maintenance procedures before your arrival.  Our Hospitality & Housekeeping Manager personally inspects and prepares a warm welcome for each group of guests ensuring quality, cleanliness and excellence.
