PET-FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION WITH A SECURED YARD: We warmly welcome your four-legged family members (maximum of two pups). Our expansive fenced-in yard provides an ideal playground for them to frolic and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Please note, a pet fee of $100 applies.

- Master Bedroom: Offers a KING bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom.
- Upper Guest Bedroom: Features a QUEEN over QUEEN loft bed. (Disclaimer: owners are not liable for bunk bed use)
- Main Floor Suite: Has a KING bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom.
- We are happy to provide a pack and play to help lessen your travel load. That being said we do not provide sheets/bedding for this.

BATHROOMS: Our bathrooms are fully equipped for your convenience. 
- A large, recently renovated bathroom is connected to the master bedroom, featuring an oversized custom shower.
- The main floor suite has a full bath with a tub/shower combo.
- A convenient half bath is located off the kitchen area.

LIVING SPACE: Our living areas are designed for comfort and enjoyment.
- A spacious family room on the top floor has comfortable couches and a 55” 4K Roku TV for entertainment.
- Enjoy the ambience of a beautiful wood-burning fireplace by the large farmhouse dining table.
- Unwind in our sunroom while admiring a million-dollar view of the Ten Mile Range.
- The massive rooftop deck offers a 180-degree view of Frisco. 
- The main floor suite/den features an HD TV with Roku and a gas fireplace for warmth and ambience.

KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs and includes: 
- High-quality chef's knives, cutting boards, toaster, pots, and pans.
- Modern appliances such as an electric range, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. -
- Enjoy a cup of coffee with our French press and Keurig coffee maker.
- All necessary utensils and dishes are provided.
- The Amazon Echo & Alexa is there for your musical enjoyment.

COMFORT: We offer all the amenities you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, including: - Linens, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, hair dryer, unlimited 3-ply TP, paper towels, napkins, and various condiments.

CONVENIENCE: Stay connected with high-speed unlimited internet (150+ MBPS) and use our full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room for your convenience.

OUTDOORS: Soak in the hot tub on our private deck (disclaimer: owners are not liable for hot tub use), and enjoy our large, landscaped, fenced-in yard equipped with Adirondack chairs and an outdoor gas fire-pit. Unlimited biking and hiking trails are readily accessible for your outdoor adventures.

PARKING: Our huge driveway offers plenty of parking space and is professionally plowed and shoveled in the winter.
