Recently renovated with a new kitchen, baths, flooring, and hot tub, this home is nestled in the heart of the Historic District, just a short walk from Main Street.

Step into this professionally designed Victorian home and feel right at home. Enjoy luxurious furnishings, breathtaking views of the 10-mile Range, and a layout that provides both personal space and comfortable gathering areas. Pet-friendly ($100 pet fee, 2 dogs max).

BEDROOMS:
All bedrooms feature new pillow-top and memory foam mattresses with luxury linens.

#1 Spacious master bedroom upstairs with a King bed, closet, desk workstation, and chair.
#2 Cozy guest bedroom upstairs with a King bed, closet, and chair. (Pack & play available)
#3 King bedroom with closet and ensuite bathroom on the main floor.
#4 Queen bedroom with closet on the ground floor.
#5 Queen bedroom with TV on the ground floor.
(We are happy to provide a pack and play to help lessen your travel load. That being said we do not provide sheets/bedding for this.)

BATH:
-3 bathrooms with large shower/tub combinations (1 on each level).
-Luxury towels, toiletries, and other essentials provided.

LIVING SPACE UPSTAIRS:
-Sun-filled space with plenty of windows.

-Off-street parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway, easily accessible to the main floor entryway.
-The surrounding area offers a wealth of outdoor activities, including hiking, cycling, fishing, golfing, and more. In winter, enjoy world-class skiing and snowboarding at renowned resorts.

-Please be mindful of our full-time neighbors by respecting outside quiet time and no late hot tub parties.
